How it works
Radiofrequency current passing through the skin generates resistive heat that warms the dermis in bulk. Heated collagen fibres contract and tighten right away, and that stimulus leads to new collagen forming over the following months, which can lift firmness. It is monopolar like Thermage, but the tip is cooled with 12–20 °C water during treatment to reduce surface discomfort, and tip size and energy are changed by area to cover everything from the forehead and eye area to the jawline and neck.
