A tightening treatment that uses monopolar radiofrequency to heat the whole dermis evenly so that it rebuilds collagen. The surface is protected by cooling while only the deeper layers are heated, so there is almost no downtime and firmness builds over several months from a single session. FDA-cleared since 2002 and in use for over 20 years, it is also the non-invasive radiofrequency cleared by the FDA for the eyelids.

How it works
Radiofrequency current passing through the skin generates resistive heat that warms the dermis in bulk. Heated collagen fibres contract and tighten immediately, and that stimulus leads to new collagen forming over the following months, which can lift firmness. FLX (4th generation) measures skin resistance each time the tip touches and adjusts the energy automatically (AccuREP), reduces discomfort with cooling spray and vibration, and shortens treatment time with a larger 4.0 cm² tip. A dedicated eye tip treats the eyelids and the area around the eyes.
Ideal for
- Skin that is loosening overall, with fine lines starting to show
- Drooping eyelids or the area around the eyes
- A single session with no downtime
- Managing firmness before considering surgery
