Two modes of bipolar radiofrequency in one device: FORMA heats and tightens the dermis while reading skin temperature in real time, and FX delivers heat into the fat layer to reduce volume. It feels warm rather than painful, needs no anaesthetic and you return to your day right away; it is a regular-care treatment built up over several sessions at 2–4 week intervals. The device is cleared by the U.S. FDA.

How it works
FORMA passes radiofrequency between two electrodes to heat the dermis while continuously measuring surface temperature, and automatically pauses the energy once the set temperature (about 43 °C) is reached, so heating is even and burn risk is low. Heated collagen contracts at once, and with repeated sessions new collagen builds up, which can lift firmness. FX uses suction to draw the skin and fat layer up so the radiofrequency heat reaches deeper, reducing fat-cell volume while tightening the skin above it. The modes are used by area: FX for the double chin and cheeks, FORMA for the cheeks, eye area and forehead.
Ideal for
- Regular care for mild sagging and skin texture (FORMA)
- Fat together with sagging, such as a double chin or full cheeks (FX)
- A treatment with almost no discomfort or downtime
- Maintenance between Ultherapy or Shrink sessions
