Potenza
MIMISOME Clinic Busan Deokcheon · 33 Mandeok-daero, Buk-gu, Busan (2–3F) · 3 min from Deokcheon Station Exit 12
A radiofrequency microneedling device that inserts dozens of fine needles into the skin and releases radiofrequency heat from their tips directly within the dermis. Because the surface is bypassed and heat is generated only at the chosen depth, it treats fine lines, firmness and pores with less downtime than a laser; it is done with numbing cream. The device is cleared by the U.S. FDA.

How it works
Once the needles reach the set depth, radiofrequency flows between their tips and turns the dermis at that depth into small zones of heat coagulation. Heated collagen contracts, and the micro-injury and heat together prompt new collagen and elastic fibres, so the skin can thicken and tighten over the following months. Tips are changed by purpose: DDR delivers broad, deep heat for fine lines and firmness, DIA is tuned for volume firmness and texture, and depth and energy are adjusted by area.
Ideal for
- Fine lines together with loss of firmness
- Early sagging as volume is lost
- Tidying pores and texture at the same time
- Darker or sensitive skin for which a laser is a concern
