For first-time visitors
How do I book?
On the booking page, choose a treatment (or ‘decide after consultation’), a date and time, and leave your name and contact. You’ll get a booking code; your booking is confirmed once a coordinator reaches you on our chat channel.
Do I have to pick a treatment in advance?
No. You can book as ‘decide after consultation’. The final treatment plan is decided by the doctor after your consultation.
Will language be a problem?
A coordinator on the chat channel you booked through stays with you in the same language, from consultation to aftercare once you’re home.
Is there a deposit? When do I pay?
No deposit. You pay at the clinic after your consultation. Your coordinator will explain the payment options when confirming your booking.
What are your opening hours?
Weekdays 10:00–20:00 and Saturdays 10:00–16:00 (KST). Lunch break 13:00–14:00 (none on Saturdays); closed on Sundays and Korean public holidays. Last check-in is 30 minutes before closing.
How do I get there, and is there parking?
Right by Exit 12 of Deokcheon Station (Busan Metro Lines 2 and 3), about 15 minutes by car from Gimhae Airport. Designated parking: Deokcheon Anam Plaza Underground Mall Parking (about a 2-minute walk, free) — see ‘Getting Here’ for details.

About 3 minutes on foot from Exit 12 of Deokcheon Station (Lines 2·3), and about 15 minutes by car from Gimhae International Airport. We are on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Nonghyup (NH) building, right next to Gupo Fire Station.
