Radiesse
MIMISOME Clinic Busan Deokcheon · 33 Mandeok-daero, Buk-gu, Busan (2–3F) · 3 min from Deokcheon Station Exit 12
A collagen-stimulating filler made of fine calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) particles carried in a gel. The gel fills the hollow right away, and the particles then prompt the skin to build its own collagen, so volume and firmness are addressed together. The U.S. FDA has approved it in turn for nasolabial folds (2006), the backs of the hands (2015), jawline contour (2021) and décolletage lines (2026).

How it works
CaHA is a mineral also found in bone and teeth. The product is 30% CaHA particles of 25–45 microns in 70% gel. The gel provides the initial volume; as it is absorbed over several weeks, the particles stimulate fibroblasts so that collagen and elastin form in their place. The particles later break down gradually and are absorbed by the body. Diluted and spread thinly, it is used less for volume than for firming skin texture, typically on the neck, décolletage and hands.
Ideal for
- A jawline that is losing definition, with the contour starting to drop
- Hollow hands with visible veins and tendons
- Deepening lines around the mouth and nasolabial folds
- Firming larger areas such as the neck and décolletage
