A Korean-made collagen stimulator made of fully dissolved liquid PCL (polycaprolactone) with no particles. Once injected it spreads evenly through the whole dermis and prompts new collagen, so it is used to lift firmness across the face as a whole rather than add volume to one spot. It is a medical device approved by the Korean MFDS and is done with numbing cream.

How it works
PCL is a medical polymer that breaks down slowly in the body. Unlike conventional collagen stimulators that carry fine particles, GOURI enters as a liquid with no particles, spreads widely through the dermis and then forms a soft network in place. As that network breaks down over several months it stimulates the surrounding fibroblasts to produce new collagen, so the skin can thicken and firmness can rise overall. It is injected at a few points across the whole face, usually in 1–3 sessions decided after consultation.
Ideal for
- Overall sagging and loss of firmness across the face
- Those who want overall improvement rather than volume in one area
- Managing texture, redness and firmness together
- Those who find the fullness of fillers a concern
