The most basic skin booster: hyaluronic acid (HA) placed in a dense pattern in the superficial skin layer to replenish moisture from within. It holds water inside the skin so it looks hydrated and luminous. It is done with numbing cream, and once the small bumps settle in a day or two you return to your day.

How it works
Hyaluronic acid holds many hundred times its weight in water and declines in the skin with age. A non-cross-linked, fluid formulation is placed at regular intervals in the upper dermis, where it holds moisture from within so the skin looks hydrated and luminous, and the injection stimulus supports collagen production. A programme is usually 2–3 sessions at 2–4 week intervals, and it is sometimes mixed with regenerative ingredients such as Rejuran or PDRN.
Ideal for

- Skin that lacks glow
- Getting the skin in condition before an important date
- A first skin booster
